How can I get tickets to a Bowery Presents show?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking the TICKETS icon on any show page on our site and will be taken to the Ticketmaster site. Purchase over the phone by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Tickets to all clubs and some Bowery Presents shows are sold at the Mercury Lounge and Music Hall of Williamsburg box offices free of service charges. (Mercury Lounge, Mon.-Sat., 12-7 p.m.; Music Hall of Williamsburg, Saturdays only, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.) Both box offices are cash only. If tickets do not sell out in advance, they will be sold at the door on the night of the show (cash only). Tickets to Bowery Presents shows in reserved-seating venues (Apollo Theater, Madison Square Garden, United Palace, etc.) are available at each venue’s box office and are not sold at Mercury Lounge or Music Hall of Williamsburg. If you’re unsure, please call the box office to inquire whether tickets are being sold there (212-260-4700).

• If a show is cancelled, where do I get a refund?
If a show is cancelled, refunds are available at point of purchase. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through Ticketmaster. Please note openers are always subject to change.

• What are my payment options in the venue?
Cash is king, but we also accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We have ATMs on-site at all of our locations. Mercury Lounge and Music Hall of Williamsburg box offices are cash only. If tickets do not sell out in advance, they will be sold at the door on the night of the show (cash only).

• How old do I have to be to get into the club?
Please check the show pages to verify age limits for individual Terminal 5, Bowery Ballroom, Music Hall of Williamsburg, Wellmont Theatre and Bowery Presents shows. All Mercury Lounge shows are 21+ and require a government-issued photo ID or passport to enter. Security is at all shows to verify your age.

• My friend and I just started a band, how can I get us a show booked at a Bowery Presents club?
The best way to get a show at a Bowery Presents club is to send your press pack to: The Bowery Presents, c/o Eddie Bruiser, 156 Ludlow St, New York, NY 10002. Please list a New York City show history (including where, when, ticket price and what they drew—be as specific as possible). And please allow four to six weeks before following up with an e-mail.

• Do your clubs have seats?
All of our venues have lounge space so you can rest your dogs. From time to time, we seat special shows at the The Bowery Ballroom, Music Hall of Williamsburg and The Wellmont Theatre. Many of our Bowery Presents shows (less Webster Hall) are often seated, and you can check out a seating chart by clicking on the tickets link for the specific show and follow the ticket vendor’s directions. Limited seating is available on the second and third floors at Terminal 5, first come, first served. But some of us at The Bowery Presents highly recommend you getting off your tush and shaking what your mama gave you.

• Do I need to bring ID?
Of course you do! Government-issued photo ID is required for entry to all shows.

• Do you serve cheese fries at any of your venues?
No, but Terminal 5 features a rotating group of restaurants that provide food, so feel free to arrive hungry.

• What are the usual set times?
Set times are not typically available until day of show. You can call the Mercury Lounge box office at 212-260-4700 to inquire about set times for the day. You can also call Terminal 5 at 212-582-6600 on a show day to inquire about set times, photo policy and ticket availability. Please note that our professional team of engineers does its best to keep all shows running on time, but every once and a while a show runs late. Don’t get upset. Remember: It’s a rock ’n’ roll show. Enjoy your time out of the house.

• What kind of drinks do you have?
We have a full bar in each venue, with plenty of H20 and soft drinks along with a wide selection of beers (on-tap and bottled), wine and spirits to cure what ales you.

• I have a blog. Do I count as press?
Maybe, but don’t ask us. The Bowery Presents doesn’t issue press passes or photo passes. All press inquires should be directed to the band’s publicist, label or management.

• Can I get in for free?
Maybe, but what are you going to do for us? Relationships are a two-way street. We are always in search of street-teamers and folks to flyer. We can also offer you free admission if you were on any of the Yankees’ championship rosters.

• Can you give me the contact of someone at the label?
Unfortunately, we cannot give out that information, but Google and liner notes might help. You’ll be surprised what you can find on the Internet. Just ask Jim Glancy.

• Can I bring my camera?
Photo policy varies for different artists and is usually not determined until day of show. You can bring a nonprofessional camera to most shows, and you can inquire about the photo policy at the door or call 212-260-4700 on the day of show. If you are Mick Rock, please send us copies.

• Do you have a coat check?
All of our venues have a coat check, but The Bowery Presents encourages you to dress scandalously in the winter months. When in doubt, remember that it’s fashion before comfort. Please note: Mercury Lounge coat check is only open on the weekends and for sold-out shows.

Pues-je fumer dans le club?
Sorry, there is no smoking in any of our clubs. However, there are outdoor smoking sections at Mercury Lounge, The Bowery Ballroom, Music Hall of Williamsburg, Webster Hall and Terminal 5.

• Is there re-entry?
Absolutely not! There is no re-entry to all clubs and all exits are final, (excluding the smoking area).

• Do you rent your rooms for private events?
Of course! Nuestra casa es su casa. We like to party. Please visit BoweryEvents.com for more information.

• Do you have an internship program?
Yes we do. See Internship for information.

• Where do I park?
While there is no designated parking at Bowery Presents venues, there is street parking in each venue’s neighborhood. And you can always go green and take the subway. However there is a special parking rate for Terminal 5 patrons provided by Central Parking Systems.
Outside Parking: 1-15 West End Ave. (60th St. and 11th Ave.), $13
Inside Parking: 555 W. 57th St. (57th St. and 11th Ave.), $20
