Contest: Win Free Tickets to See Cypress Hill on 10/30

October 26th, 2017

B-Real (vocals), Sen Dog (vocals), DJ Muggs (turntables and production) and Eric Bobo (drums and percussion) have been making music together since releasing a self-titled Cypress Hill album in 1991. They went on to become the first Latino hip-hop superstars and one of the biggest groups of the early ’90s in the process—with huge hits like “Insane in the Brain” (above, live two years ago at Lollapalooza Argentina) and “Hits from the Bong.” Although B-Real has recently been busy as part of Prophets of Rage, Cypress Hill, still going strong, return to NYC next week for their annual Haunted Hill show, on Monday night at Brooklyn Steel with Rahzel and Rob Markman opening. And as an added bonus, The House List is giving away two tickets. Enter below to try to win. Make sure to include your full name, email address, which show you’re trying to win tickets to (Cypress Hill, 10/30) and a brief message explaining what you love most about the band. The winner will be notified by Monday afternoon.

Celebrate Halloween Early with Cypress Hill at Terminal 5 on Friday

October 26th, 2016

B-Real (vocals), Sen Dog (vocals), DJ Muggs (turntables and production) and Eric Bobo (drums and percussion) have been making music together since releasing a self-titled Cypress Hill album (stream it below) in 1991. They went on to become the first Latino hip-hop superstars and one of the biggest groups of the early ’90s in the process—with huge hits like “Insane in the Brain” and “Hits from the Bong.” Although B-Real has recently been busy as part of Prophets of Rage, Cypress Hill (above performing “Insane in the Brain” last year at Lollapalooza Argentina), still going strong, are currently celebrating their 25th anniversary with a world tour. And fresh off a run through South America, they return to NYC for their annual Haunted Hill show on Friday at Terminal 5. And as an added bonus, beloved Jersey rappers Naughty by Nature open the show.
